GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
THE OFFER AND SALE of products on our website ("www.alessiosorrentino.it") are governed by these Conditions of Sale. The products purchased on www.alessiosorrrentino.it are sold directly by Alessio Sorrentino Shop of Alessio Sorrentino. Alessio Sorrentino is registered in the Chamber of Commerce Industry Crafts Agriculture of Naples, CF SRRLSS46P23L259R VAT number 01104791213. The headquarters of ALESSIO SORRENTINO is in Italy in Via Tironi, 11 80059 Torre del Greco (NA). You can request any information from Alessio Sorrentino through the contact page or directly by calling us on the telephone number 0039 081 8819655 or by sending an e-mail to info@alessiosorrentino.it. Alessio Sorrentino offers products for sale through the website www.alessiosorrentino.it and carries out its e-commerce activity towards its end users who are "consumers" or commercial activities. These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.alessiosorrentino.it. Your order will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and in any case within the terms of the law. The language available to conclude the contract is Italian. Alessio Sorrentino may not process your purchase orders if there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency or for orders that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that Alessio Sorrentino has not followed up on your purchase order specifying the reasons. PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE MONTH OF AUGUST AND OF THE HOLIDAYS (CHRISTMAS, EASTER, ETC.) WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE NORMAL SHIPPING SERVICE, OR THE COMPLETE AND IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEMS DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF THE FIRMS AND OUR SUPPLIERS. PURCHASE CONTRACT A minimum order is not required to conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on www.alessiosorrentino.it. You will have to fill in the order form with all the information requested, confirm the terms and conditions, and submit the order, all following the guided procedure on the site. Before confirming and sending the order, you will be presented with a summary of the items selected by you with a description of each product, quantity and relative price, the payment method you have selected, and the delivery methods of the products purchased, the costs of shipping to the address you specify, and the Conditions of Sale. Once the order has been sent, you will receive an automatic email confirming the receipt of the order by Alessio Sorrentino with a summary containing: name, quantity, color, and price of the items; payment methods and shipping costs to the address you provide. This email does not automatically confirm the availability of all the items you have selected. If you do not receive further communications, an email will be sent to you when the courier picks up your package at our shop. Otherwise, if some items are not available, you will be notified as soon as possible (and during the opening hours of our stores). Once the order form has been confirmed and sent: • you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions described on this page; • unconditionally confirm the correctness of the data and shipping and billing address provided by you in the order form; • unconditionally confirm that you want to purchase the selected items and that you are aware of their characteristics, color, size, quality; We remind you that for any doubt or advice you can contact us at our office ( 39 0818819655- info@alessiosorrentino.it). If the products, presented on www.alessiosorrentino.it, are no longer available following the sending of the order form by the customer, Alessio Sorrentino will promptly notify you (on the email address or telephone number provided by you when ordering) the possible unavailability of the products ordered, and offer you a valid alternative, or the refund of unavailable items if the proposed alternative does not meet your needs. The refund will be made by bank transfer and will be equal to the amount shown in the order form for that specific item (in the case of partial refund of the order) or the total value paid by you (in the case of cancellation of the order). In the event that you choose to accept an alternative to the unavailable product, you will be refunded the difference in price (in case the new items cost less than the one you have already paid) or you will be asked to pay the difference (if the new item cost more than the one previously purchased). The contract is concluded when Alessio Sorrentino receives your order, confirms the availability of the products, and sends the items you have purchased. The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and in any case within the terms of the law. You will be able to access your order form, by consulting the "orders and details history" section on your personal account, where you can also view the progress of the order. If you do not share some of the terms set out in the Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form. WARRANTIES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES On www.alessiosorrentino.it we offer for sale handicraft and jewelery products. Each product is created by the Alessio Sorrentino company. The characteristics of the products are described on www.alessiosorrentino.it within each product sheet with descriptions and images. The color and material must be specified by selecting them from the Shop menu. The colors may, however, not exactly correspond to the real ones due to the effect of the monitor or the photographic rendering. Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form. Alessio Sorrentino, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of items without proof of purchase (receipt), or of their own packaging, labels and seals present at the time of shipment, or of items that have been altered or damaged. PAYMENTS You can select the payment method you prefer before submitting the order form. The total price will be inclusive of shipping costs calculated on the basis of the weight of the parcel and the delivery address indicated by you. In case of payment by credit card, all information (for example, the credit / debit card number or the expiry date) will be forwarded to the secure payment system STRIPE: online payment service that provides the related services remote electronic payment, without third parties having access to it in any way. Same goes for payments via PayPal: you will be directed to the secure Paypal payment system. Order fulfillment times Alessio Sorrentino undertakes to process every order as quickly as possible. In the event that one or more articles are not currently available, you will be notified via email later in the day. For orders paid through BANK TRANSFER, the order processing times are considered from the moment Alessio Sorrentino receives proof of payment. To speed up the time, please send us a copy of the account of the bank transfer to info@alessiosorrentino.it with indicating the order number. Our laboratory is always at your disposal to help you choose products and answer your questions. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Alessio Sorrentino, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on alessiosorrentino.it. You must return the products to us at one of our stores within 30 working days from when you received the products. The only costs that you will have to bear are the shipping costs for returning the purchased products. The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected: • the products must be returned intact without having been used, worn or damaged; • the products must be returned in their original packaging complete with all their elements and accessories, accompanied by the original packaging and packaging and the guarantee certificate, where present, with original labels not removed, and with the relevant proof of purchase (receipt) We will activate the refund procedures, once we receive the return items, and verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above. The sums will be refunded to you in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within thirty of your request for withdrawal. The amount that will be refunded is intended net of shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products. If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, as specified above, are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund; however, you can get back, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to us. Otherwise, Alessio Sorrentino may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. Alessio Sorrentino will also return the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products (in addition to the sums of the products) only in the event that the return of the products takes place for reasons attributable to Alessio Sorrentino, as in the case in which the products do not have the characteristics essential promises (for example color or material other than those indicated), or present manufacturing defects. In any case, these causes must first be verified by Alessio Sorrentino once the return items have been received. Only after this verification will you be reimbursed both the shipping costs and those relating to the item returned by bank transfer. You will be asked to provide us with an IBAN. How to request a return or exchange To proceed with the rest or refund request, please first ensure that your request meets the terms and conditions described above, then you can contact us and communicate your request (by phone or email to info @ alessiosorrentino.it). We will then send you the return / withdrawal form by email with all the instructions, terms and conditions, which you must forward to us once completed at the same address from which you received it. Refund times and methods After returning the products, Alessio Sorrentino carries out the necessary checks relating to their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in the paragraph above. In the event that the checks are successfully concluded, we will send you, by e-mail, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the products thus returned. Whatever the payment method you use, the refund is made by bank transfer. You will be asked to provide us with your IBAN. The refund will be activated within thirty days from the date on which Alessio Sorrentino became aware of your request for withdrawal, after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products. Shipping costs will be at your expense (see section "right of withdrawal"), including liability in case of loss or damage to the products. Applicable law The Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 22 May 199 n. 185 on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce. Modification and updating The Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.alessiosorrentino.it
